De overname versterkt het aanbod van glazen verpakkingen in heel Noord-Europa

MILAAN, 8 oktober 2020 – Berlin Packaging, toonaangevend leverancier van glazen, plastic en metalen verpakkingen en sluitingen, heeft  de overname  van verworven op 6 oktober Vinkova B.V.een belangrijke leverancier van glazen verpakkingen voor voedingsmiddelen en dranken die gevestigd is in Bussum, Nederland.

Met meer dan 50 jaar ervaring biedt Vinkova een grote keuze aan producten en maatwerkoplossingen voor een brede klantenkring op de Nederlandse markt, met een solide knowhow in de sector en een sterke relatie met de grootste glasfabrikanten in Europa.

De strategische toetreding van Vinkova betekent voor Berlin Packaging de completering van het aanbod op de Nederlandse markt, dankzij integratie met de innovatieve plastic en metalen verpakkingsoplossingen en sluitingen die al sinds 2019 in de regio worden verhandeld.
